One-one-one or group sessions with Coach Sara.

Perfect for long runs or tough speed work sessions,

Running form evaluations,

Race day pacing

In-person coaching sessions or race pacing is $50/hour. Additional charges may apply if more than 30 miles of travel is necessary. Runner must pay race entry fee for pacing services.

In-person sessions only available in Dallas-Fort Worth area unless otherwise advertised. Subject to Coach Sara's schedule and availability.

Coach Sara is also available to talk to groups on such topics as family wellness, motivation, goal setting, healthy habits for kids, and moms and fitness.
